* We are unable to accept returns for products that were delivered more than 30 days prior to the return request.

* For the health and safety of our community, we are unable to accept returns for products that were opened and used. In such cases, still feel free to contact us, as we are happy to work with you to correct any issue.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part.
