I have been doing every other day. The first day with one cap on an empty stomach I felt a small peak. It was very gentle. I do not need more than that. My intention in this was to ingrain new habits & gently release weight from a few traumatic years.
I am grateful to have a medicine that has been carefully prepared with love. I am only a few days in but I am seeing goals manifest as I am slowly and ever so gently taking better care of myself.
