Alchemy: A Lost Art
One of the hallmarks of modern day chemistry is the separation of an individual part from a whole and breaking it down into separate parts and then studying those isolated parts.
This process never re-assembles the individual parts back to a model of wholeness. Spagyrics in herbal alchemy is a holistic model of working with plants and fungi that encompasses the entirety of their medicines. Through the process of spagyrics, we separate the plant out into its components and then recombine them back together. This creates what we believe to be a more spiritually & physically potent medicine.
Reishi
Ganoderma lucidum, commonly known as Reishi, is a revered mushroom deeply rooted in traditional medicine systems worldwide. In traditional Chinese medicine Ling Zhi is celebrated as the "Elixir of Immortality" and was once reserved strictly for royalty.
As Reishi becomes more studied, it is clear that this mushroom has quite a complex pharmacological makeup with over 120 different medicinal compounds discovered in the Lucidenic and Ganoderic acids that attribute these health benefits.

Having purchased this after feeling called to work with blue lotus, I am pretty much in love with this tincture. My sleep is different and of a better quality, and it really has affected/diminished muscle tension that I carry in my neck and shoulders. I will continue to purchase this to discover all the things that blue lotus has to say to me and my body.
